Your invoice or payment receipt will include tracking information for all of your items. You will receive an invoice or payment receipt once your order fully ships. If your order has been split into multiple shipments, you will receive your invoice or payment receipt once all items ship.

We are unable to change or cancel orders that have already been sent for shipping, and therefore cannot guarantee the ability to change or cancel orders. We will always do our best to work with our customers on a situation by situation basis. You can always return any unwanted items for a full refund minus shipping.

If your account terms are Due on Receipt, your credit card will be charged prior to shipment of your item(s). If your account terms are Net 30, your credit card will not be charged and an invoice for payment will be sent to you.
